Classic Florida Tours, Inc. requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. All reservations canceled within the stated time frame will be subject to forfeiture of the entire reservation cost.

To avoid a ”no show“ fee call 407–456–0330 if you can not locate your chauffeur.

Delay of commercial flights, two or more hours, will incur charges at an additional transfer or chartered vehicle rate on all corporate accounts.

Wait time will be applied for pick up at private airport, train station and customs flight at commercial airport. For all point to point reservations, wait time after 15 min, which is complimentary, will be charged at an hourly rate.

For all point–to–point transfers, stops are not permitted unless they are prearranged in advance. Please do not ask your chauffeur to deviate from the itinerary. Call our office for any additional service or changes to your reservation.

All rates quoted for services provided by Classic Florida Tours, Inc. are estimates only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided.

A Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation. We´ll charge it on the day of service rendered, if you choose to pay by CC. Other forms of payment are welcome: cash, company and traveler’s check.

Corporate month to month invoices are due with 30 days. Overdue invoices are subject to a 10% finance charge.

Food, beverages, smoking and unsafe items are not allowed in company vehicles. Client is responsible for damaged property and clean up fees. The company assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
