Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Terminal A & B, three levels on each side: gate/ticketing - level 3, baggage claim - level 2 and ground transportation - level 1.

Uniformed staff or your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim, in front of the escalator with your name on a sign and direct you to the vehicle.

For all bus reservations, if you do not have uniformed staff to assist you, call our office, after everyone is collected their luggage and is ready to depart the airport. The bus will be dispatched to the assigned pick up location.

Bus loading and unloading area is on ground transportation level of each terminal. Terminal A 10, 18 & 29-33, and Terminal B 18-25.

Orlando - Sanford International Airport (SFB)

Arriving on domestic flight, we will meet you at the bottom of the escalator, on baggage claim level. International flight, we will meet you outside in front of rent a car kiosks.

Miami International Airport (MIA)

We will meet you at the baggage claim.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)

We will meet you at the baggage claim.

Arriving to the cruise ship

Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing. All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

Departing the cruise ship

There are separate staging and active loading areas at the cruise ports. Therefore you must call our office when everyone have cleared the ship, collected their luggage, exited the building and are ready to be boarded. Waiting is not permitted in the active loading zone.

Recommended pick-up time at the port for departure: 8:30am – 9:30am for Disney and 9:00am – 10:00am for other cruise ships.
